FOR GROUPS
We arrange comfortable, well-located accommodation designed specifically for student groups on longer educational stays. Every detail — from room configuration to cleaning schedules — is planned with the coordinator’s peace of mind in mind.
Private rooms for each student
All students have their own room with bed, storage and desk — no shared dorm beds.

Properties are selected for their proximity to public transport links and the city centre.
Common areas & facilities
Shared kitchen, lounge, laundry and, depending on the property, swimming pool access.
Regular cleaning service

TRANSPORT &
TRANSFERS
We coordinate all transport needs throughout the mobility — from the moment the group lands in Spain to the final airport transfer home. No student is left waiting, no coordinator is left wondering.
Airport pick-up & drop-off
Our team meets the group on arrival and organises the return transfer on the last day.
Daily commute to internships
When placements require it, we organise daily transport between accommodation and the company.
Cultural programme trips
Transport to all cultural visits and activities included in the programme is fully coordinated.
Public transport orientation
We brief students on local transport options so they can move around the city independently.

MONITORING &
SUPPORT
Behind every successful mobility is a team paying attention to the details. Europuente accompanies students and coordinators throughout the entire stay — from the welcome meeting on day one to the evaluation and certificates at the end.
Welcome meeting & orientation
On arrival day we introduce students to the city, the programme and the team they can count on.
Regular internship follow-up
We visit or contact host companies to monitor student progress and resolve any issues early.
Direct line for coordinators
School coordinators have a dedicated contact at Europuente available throughout the mobility.
Emergency & incident management
In case of any issue — health, safety or logistical — our team responds immediately and keeps the school informed.
Final evaluation & certificates
We gather student and company evaluations and issue all certificates required for Erasmus+ documentation.
